About Me

At this present time I am finding lots of people are wondering what is happening to them relating to spiritual development and I am seeing people on a one-to-one basis giving them the opportunity to talk about some of the amazing experiences that are happening, which they don't understand and I am blessed that I am able to put some answers to some of their many questions.

Over the past year people have been coming to me with their years and years of Anger, Grief and Pain, and the work I have been doing with them has been amazing.

I have been using Time Line and Cutting the Ties, along with spirit communication. Some of the results have been 'out of this world'. Clients letting go of 'pain' they have carried around with them for so, so long.

I have also been working with clients, clearing the grief of their recent and longstanding bereavements. These times are wonderful when someone can be helped to release this grief.

All in all some very happy people have started the year with a more positive step forward, which has been wonderful for them and also inspiring for me.

Thank you, each and everyone of you who have given me the opportunity to continue to work with the 'Light' and bring this energy into the world.

I feel at this time of my journey, the Source (Spirit) is working through me in different ways, encouraging me to 'Bring the Light' to more people and help them on their own journey whatever that may be.

I don't give you the answers, but I have the means to guide you, to find the answers yourself.

Don't let us forget - we ALL have the knowledge, which is already within us. All it takes is for us to connect to the Source, and listen.

I sometimes wonder where my work will take me, but I know wherever it may be, it will be............... 'HEAVEN ON EARTH'.

Over the years of my healing journey I have tried many things to do with healing and helping myself to become Whole again.

I am now at the stage in my life where I believe I have the courage to share the Secret.

I believe that it is only when we connect to God in our heart that we truly become whole again, and we are able to allow the body to heal itself.

So many of us are frightened of the words, God and Jesus, that we shy away because we fear that we are going to be brought into something of a religious nature.

Well, my approach is far from religion. Although I have a strong belief I do not try to push my beliefs onto other people. What I do is share my experiences with you and help you to find your way to bring the Love into Your Heart to bring about a new You through connecting to the Light.

I am a member of the Doctor Healer Network which is an organisation that has doctors and healers who both have an interest in working together in the medical world.

Here is a look at 'My Journey' over the years.

I originally worked in the National Health Services as an Auxiliary Nurse for 12 years and as a Receptionist in the Breast Screening Unit of the Norfolk & Norwich Hospital for 3 years.

I became a member of the National Federation of Spiritual Healers (NFSH) in 1990 and pioneered my own healer training in Norfolk from the early 90s and along with a colleague I worked with, was one of the first Accredited Tutors of the NFSH teaching Spiritual Healing in the County of Norfolk.

I worked on an off with this new found 'magic' and gradually over the years it became a huge part of my family life. In 1994, whilst working at the Norfolk and Norwich Hospital, I ran Relaxation and Meditation classes for the hospital staff.

In 1994 I also hit the headlines of the local press and regional TV channels by becoming the "First healer to work within a doctors' surgery", in Norwich.

From 1995 I decided that healing was my future and I decided to devote my time to developing myself as a spiritual healer.

In these early years myself and a couple of colleagues prepared and presented at the Norfolk and Norwich Hospital, a day for Doctors and nurses, introducing them to spiritual healing, flower remedies and meditation.

From 1996, I taught spiritual healing courses within the structure of the Norfolk Adult Education system. I also started running private healer training courses at the Charing Cross Centre, Norwich and The Woburn Centre, Guildhall Hill, Norwich. Healing Circles were also held once a month at the Woburn Centre.

In 1999 I went to India and stayed at the Sai Baba Ashram. Whilst staying at the Ashram I learnt Sanjeevini (Healing with Prayers) from Dr Ram, a well respected Homeopath from India, who is a devotee of Sai Baba. Sanjeevini is one of the courses I now teach in my Training School of Universal Light. (See the diary for details)

"Doctor! Doctor!, What's the Alternative?". In February 1999 on my return from India, I was invited by the UEA (University of East Anglia), to be on the debating panel of this Town and Gown Event. The debate was chaired by Dr Tom Stuttaford, Medical Columnist of The Times.

I have studied in the following: Guild of Vibrational Medicine in Flowers, Gems & Crystals, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Practitioner level, Time Line, Natural Nutrition and EIP (Energy Interference Patterning-DNA) with Lisa Ireson of Crystal Dimensions.

I also make and sell Energy medicine such as: Flower remedies and Sanjeevini essences that will assist you on your journey of transformation and healing. In my private consultations I dowse to find out what remedies your mind and body require to help you to progress on your path.

After many years of teaching, I felt there was more to teach my students than just spiritual healing. With the knowledge I have gained over the years of training in different modalities I decided - it is time to start my own training school - where I could share with others the knowledge I had gained and used successfully in my life.

In 2003 I formed the School of Universal Light and the courses I offer are on a varied range of subjects designed to help you in all aspects of your life. (See the School of Universal Light page for details of courses on offer.)

Nowadays my time is spent teaching Spiritual Healing and other related subjects, seeing clients on a one-to-one basis for spiritual development, spiritual guidance and hands on spiritual healing. I am also able to offer different types of treatments such as NLP, Time Line, Dr.Bach flower remedies, Sanjeevini, EIP (Energy Interference Patterning DNA) and Cutting the Ties that Bind.

Since 1991 my husband Terry and I have organised the Natural Healing/Mind, Body, Spirit Exhibitions which are held twice yearly, in the months of March and October at the Hewett School, Hall Road, Norwich.
