The Mind Body Soul fair took place this weekend 13th and 14th March. We had a wonderful attendance even though it was Mothering Sunday. I have to say I always have a positive outlook on the way the fair is going to happen and - I am saying Thank You to those of you who came along ...... you fulfilled our greatest expectations.

Childrens Drawing competition Later this week on the Exhibitions page the pictures and the results of the drawing competition will be on display. The children have been contacted whose pictures took first place in their age groups. In fact two of the children were still at the fair (they were so excited to have won) when the pictures were judged by Andi Pandi, who is a Colour therapist at the fair - he is the man who comes up with these story ideas for the children to interpret in their own way.

It's not always the best drawn/coloured picture that he chooses as winners, so I hope the children who think they can't draw, and don't enter the competition, will be inspired to draw us a picture at the next fair in October.

I have been clutter clearing in my office and I have come across these words which were given to me by a friend many, many years ago. It was attributed to Nelson Mandela but I have since found out that it was in fact written by Marianne Williamson who wrote the book Return to Love. I am showing this verse so that you may be inspired and walk forward in your life with new and/or renewed understanding.

Here is some background information of how I became involved in 'healing'.

I have been working as a healer in Norfolk since 1983 and my work now brings in the many skills I have learnt along my 'Journey of Life'.

My work and I have evolved over the years and since 1991 when I was teaching in Norfolk for the National Federation of Spiritual Healers to when I started my own School of Universal Light. These years have been a learning curve for me to where I am now. As we grow in our spiritual life we change and also does our work. I find that the focus for me at this moment in time is about connecting to the 'LIGHT'. Therefore where I can I help others to make their connection to the 'LIGHT' , To connect to their Soul so they can further enhance their lives which will guide them to discover who they truly are.

I also spread the word about things that I feel passionate about . 'Inspirational Words' page is where I am able to share with you words and thoughts from myself and other people of a like mind.

Complimentary to Spiritual Healing, I also offer other therapies which will guide and support you in your healing and spiritual development..

I offer a selection of complementary therapies in and around the Norwich area. Spiritual healing, Cutting the Ties that Bind, Sanjeevini, Meditation, Dr. Bach flower remedies, NLP, Time Line, EIP (Energy Interference Patterning DNA) and Natural Nutrition are a selection of skills I have studied and found to be of benefit to myself and clients throughout the 20+ years I have been working in the healing field.

I see clients on a one-to-one basis, and these sessions are personalised according to your needs at the time. Some clients refer to my work as 'Spiritual counselling', and I have to admit that my work certainly clears 'stuff' from your energy very, very quickly. A single session will move you forward very quickly by letting go of the old emotional baggage we tend to hold on to for many a year.

This is a wonderful opportunity to give yourself some personal time to work on your own needs and to become free of the restrictions you have been experiencing for many a long year/lifetime. Call me to make an appointment.

On a monthly basis I hold a Healer Support Group where you can meet together with others to meditate and practice healing. This is an opportunity to ask questions and share experiences with other people of like-mind.

I also organise the Natural Healing, Mind, Body, Soul Exhibitions which are held twice yearly in March and October. These are held at the Hewett School, Hall Road, Norwich, Norfolk, UK. See the Exhibitions page for up to date exhibition information.

In past years we have attracted over 800 visitors over the weekend.The exhibitions are now well known as they have been running since 1991 and we continue to attract visitors old and new.
